Client consultations are an important process carried out during your first visit. It allows me as your provider to gather information about you, such as any contraindications which may prevent your desired service or services from being carried out. During your appointment you will complete paperwork such as a medical and social history. An exam is performed. Your goals are discussed and a treatment plan to meet your goals will be created. The value in a client consultation is key to offering professional advice and key to understanding exactly what you want.
