Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please cancel appointment online or reschedule online at globalesqueaesthetics.com or call Globalesque Aesthetics at (209) 800-4000 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (209) 800-4000 between the hours of 10am-6pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message at any time. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late is when the client does now show for a scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. A late cancellation is when the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a $50 missed appointment fee if you do not cancel your appointment within twenty-four, if you are not present for your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without notification. No refund is given for no shows or cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment. You can cancel and reschedule at no charge if appointment is 24 hours or more from appointment time.
For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee of $75. You are welcome to reschedule according to policy if unable to make your scheduled appointment time.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, you may run a little late, making schedule adjustments. Your appointment time is valid up to 15 minutes from scheduled appointment. After 15minutes, your appointment is cancelled. You will need to reschedule online. If you think you may be late for your appointment please call (209) 800-4000 Modesto, CA or (702) 850-4008 Las Vegas, NV, I will try to work with you to reschedule if you call in advance. If you do not call, your appointment will be cancelled based on the above policy and a cancellation fee will be charged, which is nonrefundable.

Globalesque Aesthetics Health and Wellness Clinic will be open for Beauty, Health and Wellness Services. Per the new guidelines, COVID-19 Policies as follows, and all guests scheduling appointments and entering Globalesque Aesthetics Health & Wellness Clinic must abide by and consent to these measures:
Globalesque Aesthetics offers personalized one on one service appointments. Meaning no one is in the clinic except you and your provider. No other clients are in the clinic during your appointment time, unless the appointment is booked together with family or a friend.
It is critical that you reschedule your appointment if you experience a fever, unusual cough, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, or other COVID-like symptoms.
Any client who registers a temperature at 100.4 or above, will be asked to immediately leave the premises and not return until they are fever free for a minimum of 72 hours.
Globalesque Aesthetics Health & Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse any client who exhibits any risk factors for infection, or refuses to comply with health & safety measures.
We ask that you arrive early to your appointment and encourage use of our online appointment request form or other digital communication options for scheduling and completing paperwork prior to appointment.
No one under the age of 18 allowed in clinic, 16 and up with parent for acne treatments or facial services. We do not service under the age of 16 at this location. We do not service pregnant patients, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant for safety reasons.
Cell phones are strictly prohibited in the day spa common areas and treatment rooms.
Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout the clinic, and clients are encouraged to wash their hands or sanitize before and after treatment.

Screening for health and travel risk indicators at arrival to our facility

Globalesque Aesthetics Health & Wellness Clinic has a strict daily cleaning and sanitation protocols. This includes: medical grade disinfectants, disposables, use of nitrile gloves and sterile needles for procedures, and more.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not given on services rendered. Refunds are not given on prepaid unused services. Refunds or credits are not given after 1 year of unused prepaid services. Prepaid packages are void after 1 year of non use and no refund or credit is provided, unless arrangements have been made and signed by both parties or for a documented medical reason.
All other refunds on packages purchased, special offers in office procedures or products will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
PRODUCTS
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only. No exceptions!
Refunds are refunded to the same method of payment.
